TriHealth Triumphs

Cincinnati is a very competitive market for health care services, and TriHealth is one of the largest hospital systems. Even though they're big, we found from talking to patients and listening to focus groups that people felt a special connection to the doctors and caregivers. That's how "Together We Triumph" was born. It became a rallying cry internally and externally. The idea was to capture people's special moments in the system and invite them to share their stories via #WeTriumph. One month after the launch of this campaign, 130 stories were shared, resulting in 10,000 views of the website.
